UNVEILING THE TRUTH: BREAKING FREE FROM THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BUBBLE

Personal development industry pales in comparison to the profound teachings of nature, genuine connections, and inner silence.

Personal & spiritual development industry is a bubble that's waiting to burst.

And I personally cannot wait for that to happen!

As someone who has spent a significant amount of time, focus, and money on working on myself by following prominent gurus, healers, coaches, & mentors, I can claim (with a light heart and a clear mind) that most of the key players in the personal development industry are INAUTHENTIC & NON-EFFICIENT.

So many courses, content, and materials are created by privileged individuals from first-world countries who nicely package their rags-to-riches stories, charisma, and eloquence to make profits while consciously cutting themselves off from anything that's not their "niche" and really only addressing what they've seen in their consumeristic, uni-lingual, and most of the time ethnically non-diverse communities.

Those same individuals never spent much time leading one person at a time, or volunteering in their places of residence, not to mention visiting impoverished parts of the planet and setting up a real-life example of helping those who don't have hundreds of dollars to enter their personal development workshops (yes, Tony Robbins, I am looking at you).

Most of the "popular teachings" are there to make the audience feel good to preset their biochemistry for continuous purchases while simultaneously idolizing the messenger but not ever actually living the message of Love.

Most of the material that's found online (when personal growth is concerned) is so deeply generalized, packed with fluff language, and esoteric terms to successfully cater to the human ego and its need to be above others for its capacity to process a large amounts of information and being able to repeat it in a way that sounds good.

Not once have I coached and guided people who seemed like they have it "all figured out" and were selling that "modus operandi" to the wider audience, while being completely inauthentic, damaged & delusional themselves.

Before your condemn what I just wrote, I feel obliged to emphasize I have nothing against continuous self-improvement, nor do I think we all need to be "perfect" before helping others, as self-work is a life-long process, but sitting with people's traumas as an escape route from our own, or propagating mindfulness & self-awareness while displaying contradictory behavior in our own day-to-day life is just full-on yuck to me.

Which is what made me leave this kind of personal development for good and open myself to bonding and connecting with actual teachers:

the silence, nature, animals, and "simple people" who love fiercely, live authentically, and express boldly (even when they don't have the widest vocabulary or the most profane views on life).

Even when they don't use the latest "sexy terms" or don't possess the ability to inspire "aha moments".

People who LIVE by an EXAMPLE opposed to BY WORD ALONE.

Accordingly, I am free to claim I've learned more about life, peace and unity from shamans in Mexico that can barely sign their name than from "proclaimed" americanized coaches who're selling multiple zero's packages & using mental mind as a supreme tool over all others (physical, emotional, energetic & spiritual).

I gained more self-awareness by spending hours in the Ocean and contemplating life than by any "accelerated course" I ever took.

I had the most profound insights not during overpriced shamanic experiences where I knew absolutely no one, but thought a mindful usage of the plant medicine surrounded by the people I care about, respect and love, and that made me feel safe, heard, seen & accepted.

I had better insights and solvation methods for my neurodiverse impairment through working with a psychologist who's completely unknown and charges the third of the price of what prominent ADHD experts charge.

From what I've seen, observed, and experienced, most of the modern "personal development" circles are packed with individuals who:

- are severely uninformed when it comes to ways to meet basic core needs (everyone keeps talking about ascension, 5D, and energetic upgrades while forgetting the fact that most of the planet doesn't even have their core needs met, from food and shelter to a feeling of belonging, physical touch, and a sense of safety and protection, etc.)

- are severely uninformed when it comes to primary biochemistry (all the smudging, affirmation, and meditation of this world will equalize to a big fat 0 if your biochemistry works against you as opposed to for you)

- are using spiritual lingo to establish authority and supremacy over others or scientific terms to validate their "truths" while quoting them out of context

- are obsessed with their tools and methods, swearing that THAT is EXACTLY what you need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life and that there's no other way you can "reach enlightenment"

So, trauma-release coaches keep perpetuating the fact that the entire world is traumatized and we all need trauma-release therapy, plant medicine guides keep convincing us that Ayahuasca and mushrooms are the only way to reach inner peace, and mindset coaches keep swearing that only meditation can lead us to on the right path.

And I call all that pure spiritual b******, and this is precisely WHY I am leaving the personal development industry and refuse to associate with it further.

I don't find any of it helpful, useful, inspiring, nor actually real.

And I know that so many of us need help.

Need guidance.
Need intimacy (sexual & non-sexual one).
Need understanding.
Need a feeling of belonging.
Need courage to go deeper.
Need hand-holding from someone who actually cares.

Which is WHY I'M LEAVING the existing community and am paving my own unique path, which I would love to invite you to be a part of.

I am going to start the initiative titled "Ask a coach", in which I'll be going live for a full hour once a month (platform tbd), and will respond to any and every personal and spiritual development question, concern, or challenge you might be facing, at no cost.

I wish to gift everyone with my CHAKRA OPENING SERIES materials from the workshop I've hosted for 6 weeks (over 300 slides of interactive content). Just ask and it's yours.

I've created a mindfulness deck (a deck of motivational cards with my own quotes) for empathetic high-achievers, which I would be delighted to forward to anyone who might feel they need them.

I am currently working on materials about the five bodies, in which I'll explain the concept of the five bodies that I've been channeling, researching, and validating for the last 3.5 years, in order to help everyone gain a supreme level of self-awareness and take full ownership of their existence.

Furthermore, I am currently seeking a platform to offer all my teachings, materials, and courses at an extremely affordable rates accessible to EVERYONE. I am also open towards giving a free access to those who are struggling financially and cannot even afford that.

Additionally, I'm devoting myself towards sharing a personal development video a week for the next 365 days on my YouTube channel (starting this July), with each video being a response to over 850 recurring personal-development questions I've received throughout my career.

BUT HOW IS THAT ACTUALLY LEAVING THE PERSONAL & SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT WORLD?

Because I am leaving behind the toxicity of a competitive online marketing and am shifting most of my content towards my blog (you can follow it here: https://taylortena.com/page-zmwRDP).

Because I will close all the FB groups I am currently leading and managing and you will see way less of me here.

Because if you keep following my blog/Youtube you'll notice I'm contradicting most of the advice given by "prominent teachers" and "respectable gurus" with elaborate explanations.

Because I will keep encouraging you to NEVER take what I say at face value and to feel free to contradict me at all times, to question my premises, or even disagree with me entirely.

Furthermore, from now onward, if you want to embark on a journey with me, you will have the option of joining my spiritual retreats and experiencing a REAL-LIFE led experience, rather than enrolling in yet another online group program.

I have found that an in-person experience beats almost anything we can do online (aside from deep one-on-one work), so I will always encourage you to join me in one of my workshops, either in Spain, Mexico, or Croatia, to truly experience a shift.

If you got this far, thank you for sticking with me.

Your presence and engagement means a lot to me.

If you have any thoughts, opinions, or perspectives you'd like to share, I would genuinely appreciate hearing from you.

Additionally, please feel free to claim any of the freebies I've created with love and passion.

They are meant to support you on your personal and spiritual journey.

Thank you again for your attention and support.

Mucho Love
